Refunds and Returns Policy

Easy Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you've ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days from the day after delivery.

How to Return an Item (except for damaged or faulty items, see next sections)

  1. Send us a quick email to contact@cozycoveliving.co.uk with your order number and a short description of your query.
  2. We'll respond within 48 hours to address your concern and authorise your return if you won’t be fully satisfied with our offer to resolve the issue.
  3. Once authorised, return the item via a secure, insured courier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the product is securely packaged.
  4. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and get in touch regarding the next steps.
  5. Please note: If the item has been used or installed, only a partial refund may be given to reflect any reduction in value.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 0333 880 2911.

You may:

  • Refuse delivery if damage is visible, and the item will be returned with the driver.
  • For large appliances delivered by a 2-person team, we offer an unwrapping and recycling service. The delivery team will wait while you inspect the item. Any issues can be reported on the spot for a quicker replacement.

Even if you're storing the item or waiting for installation, we highly recommend checking for damage upon arrival. Do not attempt to install damaged items before speaking to us.

To Report Damage:

  • Send us a quick email to contact@cozycoveliving.co.uk with your order number, product images showing the area of concern and a short description of the issue, or alternatively call us directly on 0333 880 2911.
  • We’ll reply to your email within 48 hours with the next steps.

Faulty Products

All new products come with a minimum 12-month warranty (UK and Ireland only).

We recommend contacting the manufacturer’s helpline first. Many faults can be diagnosed and resolved over the phone—more than 50% of cases don't require a return. If the issue isn’t resolved, you’ll be given a fault reference number.

To Return a Faulty Item:

  1. Contact the manufacturer (optional but recommended) and obtain a fault reference number.
  2. Send us a quick email to contact@cozycoveliving.co.uk with your order number, product images showing the area of concern and a short description of the issue
  3. We'll arrange collection and advise you to ensure the item is well-packaged and includes all accessories.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll inform you of the next steps.

Refunds

Once we initiate a refund, you can expect it within 14 working days, subject to your bank’s processing times.
